sniff.trade is a research and media-indexing tool. It aggregates publicly available financial commentary — podcasts, streams, videos, posts, newsletters, and public government filings — and uses automated systems (including AI transcription and extraction) to summarize the market views expressed in that content. Where a view can be expressed as a position, the Service records a reference price near the time the content was published and displays a hypothetical performance figure from that point.
The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, route orders, or connect to any brokerage or exchange account. Everything on the Service is information about what other people said, plus derived numbers computed by software.
NOTHING ON THE SERVICE IS INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR TAX ADVICE, AND NOTHING ON THE SERVICE IS AN OFFER, SOLICITATION, OR RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY SECURITY, DERIVATIVE, DIGITAL ASSET, OR OTHER INSTRUMENT. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Before making any financial decision, do your own research and consult a licensed professional who knows your situation. You agree not to rely on the Service as the basis for any trading or investment decision.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of everything you commit. Leveraged products (such as perpetual futures), event and prediction markets, thinly traded equities, and digital assets are especially volatile and can move against a position rapidly and permanently.
If you choose to act on anything you see on the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk and through venues we neither operate nor control. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction you enter anywhere.
You agree not to, and not to help or permit anyone else to:
The Service indexes and links to content owned by third parties and hosted on third-party platforms. All trademarks, names, handles, avatars, and content belong to their respective owners. Reference to a creator, person, fund, platform, ticker, or venue does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by or of, us.
Summaries and excerpts are produced for purposes of indexing, commentary, and research, with attribution and links to the original source wherever available. Public-figure pages (for example, elected officials and institutional investors) are compiled from public government records such as SEC and congressional disclosures, which are themselves subject to delays, amendments, and errors.
If you are a creator or a person featured on the Service and want content corrected, attributed differently, or removed, contact legal@paste.trade — we review all such requests promptly and in good faith.
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report claimed infringement, send a notice to legal@paste.trade including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL or precise location of the material on the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
We may remove or disable material in response to a valid notice, accept counter-notices as provided by law, and terminate repeat infringers’ access.
The Service — including its software, design, compilation, derived data, and original text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial research and informational use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
The Service is offered in active development (including beta and invite-only features) and free of charge. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability, and we do not promise any level of availability, accuracy, or support. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the Service.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND DATA ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR — WITHOUT LIMITATION — ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The exclusions above are fundamental elements of the bargain between you and us: the Service could not be offered free of charge without them.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our operators, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; any trading or investment decision you make; or content you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English by a single arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Delaware (hearings may be held remotely). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual-property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.
CLASS ACTION AND JURY WAIVER: ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
