01what to include

• where you were: the page on the site, or the assistant you used and what it said;
• what you asked or pressed, and what you expected instead;
• roughly when, with your time zone;
• the email address on your sniff account, if you have one, so we can find what happened.

Never send a password, a seed phrase or a private key. We will never ask for one.

02the plugin

The sniff plugin lets ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants ask sniff.trade for what it already holds. That is the coins it covers, a coin’s stored analysis, attention by theme, chain reports, how the bot’s past calls were measured and published research. It is read-only. It fetches no live prices, places no trades and gives no financial advice. The plugin page shows how to add it to ChatGPT or Claude.

Every tool is open to everyone: nothing asks you to sign in, and the plugin never learns who is asking. To disconnect it, remove sniff in your assistant’s plugin or connector settings; the privacy policy says what the assistant receives and what we keep.

When the assistant answers that sniff does not cover a coin, the plugin is working as designed: it reports only what sniff stored and never guesses.

03your data

To see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, write to the same address or delete your account from your profile page. The privacy policy lists your rights; the terms of service govern the site and the plugin alike.
